Comments
Complaint inspection conducted as a response to a complaint that the facility is operating without an approval. This facility is currently under review as a food service establishment as well as small water system. During a site visit for a source water assessment conducted on May 29, 2024, operator showed interest in operating as soon as possible. As the water system was not approved, no objection on the operation was told verbally with the following conditions: - single use utensils, equipment, and items only - pre-packaged non-potentially hazardous foods only - operator to submit information regarding food suppliers and obtain verification that the suppliers are approved food sources During the visit on August 07, 2024, facility was observed to be preparing food on-site, using wine glasses and non-single use utensils. Operator to serve non-potentially hazardous food items and use single-use utensils only.
