Corrective Actions: 1. Complete a system flush and disinfection. 2. Label system lines showing directions of flow. 3. Sample for Turbidity and Tannins & Lignins post RO and filters, prior to UV. Have analyzed by a commercial lab. Send results to Environmental Health Officer.

Facility on Boil Water Notification (BWN - 2017), connected facilities appear to be following appropriate BWN procedures.
Construction Permit Waiver (Wv-457) approved and issued July 22, 2024. Additional NSF55A unit installed (in series to existing) to provide sufficient dosage for target pathogen inactivation (rota) in lieu of flow restricter. Operator reported construction completed. Appears to be installed as per application. Operator has not completed a system flush.
System at time of inspection as follows:
Source (pond) - Pump - Sand Filters - P Tank - Charcoal Filter - Cartridge Filters (10, 5 micron) - RO (Waterite Vectamaxx RSL 9600 and Toray TMG10 Filters - UV x2 in series (Viqua Pro 20 NSF55A) - Storage tanks x 2 (1550 gallons each) - Distribution.
New routine bacteriological water sampling sites established. Environmental Health Officer to folllow up on requisitions for sampling after August 5, 2024. See email.
